Genitourinary Imaging Update

This event will cover various aspects of urinary tract imaging including anatomy, diagnosis of common pathological conditions with a particular focus on malignancy and image guided intervention. New Developments in Radiotherapy Quality Assurance

7th November, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

Does your QA system minimise the chance of failure of treatment? Does it target the most likely points of failure in the radiotherapy process? Quality Assurance is paramount when failures could cause significant harm to patients, and IPEM's 2017 update to report 81 gives recommendations on how to ensure quality in the radiotherapy process. This meeting is an opportunity to discuss all aspects of QA in the radiotherapy process including pre-treatment imaging, treatment planning, treatment delivery, verification imaging, brachytherapy, high dose and high dose-rate exposures, function-based and process-based testing, automated and manual testing, manufacturer's and in-house tests.

UK SABR 2017

30th November - 1st December, Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow

The meeting showcases the very latest scientific research, case-studies and advances in SABR treatment and will be of interest to clinical oncologists, radiotherapy physicists, therapy radiographers, clinical scientists and oncology nurses.
